Who Is Casey Muze
When Trauma Braces, Rhythm Helps the Body Soften.
Casey Muze’s work now lives inside a Coastal Redwood & Sea Mist Sanctuary experience created for 1980s-born mothers carrying heavy physical tension, mental load, and sensory overwhelm. Through trauma-informed speaking, drumming therapy, and bilateral sound interventions, Casey guides people out of hyper-vigilance and toward grounded safety in the body.

This renewed environment replaces cold digital intensity with mossy greens, sea mist softness, and redwood warmth. Every rounded container, every interactive rhythm cue, and every restorative pathway is designed to feel like a smooth river stone in the hand — organic, steady, and safe enough to help the nervous system un-brace.
Basalt River-Stone Interactive
Un-Brace with Rhythm
This focal sculpture is reimagined as a smooth basalt river stone representing Casey in a once-braced posture. On hover or touch, the form softens, the shoulders drop, and a gentle golden mycelial pulse radiates outward — visually inviting mothers into the somatic act of releasing held tension.

River-Stone
Sculpture
A soft, therapeutic masculine voice modulated into a safe, androgynous timbre welcomes visitors with slow, airy pacing designed to soothe a hyper-vigilant nervous system.
Golden mycelial waves symbolize the release of bracing and the return of rooted safety through bilateral rhythm and body-based restoration.
Touch the experience as if placing your hand on a smooth river stone: pause, exhale, soften the shoulders, and let the pulse guide you back into your body.
The Root & Canopy Loop
One Ecosystem of Support
The convergence node is rebuilt as a giant redwood cross-section. Mothers can guide a water droplet upward to the Canopy, where digital tracking helps hold mental load, or downward to the Roots, where somatic un-bracing anchors safety in the body. Both paths feed the same healing system.
Canopy
Daily digital containers support memory, mood tracking, and the invisible mental tabs mothers carry all day.
Roots
Somatic rhythms, body awareness, and nervous system regulation bring the load down from the mind into grounded physical support.
Water Droplet Slider
Illustrates movement between thought-based load holding and body-based un-bracing.
Redwood Cross-Section
Creates a visual sanctuary of age rings, rootedness, and steady maternal resilience.
Continuous Feedback Loop
Shows how the site and companion app nourish each other in one living, supportive ecosystem.

Companion App Experience
Your Daily Root & Canopy Journal
A private sanctuary for mothers to track mood, notice body tension, and name what is being held mentally versus physically. The companion app mirrors the same sea mist softness and redwood steadiness, helping each daily check-in feel less like another task and more like a place to set something down.

This journal supports nervous system awareness and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Entries are confidential and viewable by Casey / AvenueSpeak.
