Braced No More offers grounded, body-aware support for people who have spent too long living in survival mode.

This work helps translate:

the exhaustion that rest does not fix
the tension that never fully leaves the body
the hypervigilance that keeps scanning for what might go wrong
the over-functioning that makes slowing down feel unsafe

into understandable nervous system patterns — and into practical ways of building regulation, boundaries, and internal safety.

Healing here is not about performing wellness.

It is about learning how to soften, steady, and live without always bracing.

8-Month Therapeutic Immersion

Braced No More 8 Month Therapeutic Immersion

An 8-month therapeutic support experience for mothers, wives, divorced women, and trauma survivors who are ready to stop living braced—and begin moving through life with more clarity, safety, and steadiness.
This work is for:
  • The woman who has carried a lot quietly.
  • The woman who knows she has patterns.
  • The woman who can feel her body tighten, shut down, overthink, or spiral.
  • The woman who is ready for support that meets her in real life.
Inside this immersion, you will be guided through a gentle biopsychosocial healing process that helps you understand what is happening in your body, your emotions, your thoughts, your relationships, and your environment.
You will learn how to:
  • Name what you feel
  • Notice what your nervous system is communicating
  • Identify trauma cues and protective patterns
  • Practice emotional regulation in real time
  • Build stronger boundaries and clearer communication
  • Move from survival responses into grounded daily choices
This is not a passive course.
This is not quick advice.
This is steady, supported work over time.
Throughout the eight months, you will receive structure, reflection, guidance, and real-time email support from Casey Muze. You can share what is coming up as you move through your healing work and receive a thoughtful response within 24 to 48 hours.
